Assessment Evaluation, Inc. (AEI) is a Pennsylvania corporation formed in May, 1982 for the purpose of assisting taxpayers in the appeal of their property assessments.  Since that time, our organization has evolved into a full service real estate appraisal company to include residential, commercial and industrial valuations.  Yet, the focus of AEI has never moved from our involvement in tax appeals.

Though we have been in the tax appeal consulting and real estate appraisal business for twenty years, our roots in the real estate industry date to 1948.  The Robert Glowacki Agency was started by Robert Glowacki Sr. as a real estate sales and insurance brokerage company.  In 1973, his son, Robert E. Glowacki, joined the real estate sales division.  Bob Jr. is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania, a Certified General Appraiser in PA and NY, a Certified Pennsylvania Evaluator and President of Assessment Evaluation, Inc.

During the past twenty years, AEI has grown from strictly doing tax appeal related work in Erie County, PA to now include thirty counties in PA as well as northwestern New York.  Our staff has been involved in literally thousands of tax appeals with impressive results.  It's easy to boast of an industrial client in Union City, PA who received an 80% reduction, the reduction received by an industrial client in Saegertown, PA of 40% or the fast-food restaurant in Erie who will be paying 46% less in taxes this year.  One company's entire philosophy is quite simple.  A property owner should be willing to pay their fair share of taxes .... not more than their fair share and not less than their fair share.  We assist our clients in obtaining that goal whether you are a residential, commercial or industrial owner.
